To purchase or service a General Motors radio:
- Contact your General Motors vehicle dealer or any authorized service center listed.
- Call or e-mail any authorized service center listed.
- Include pertinent radio and vehicle information:

- Radio type ( Cassette, CD, Navigation System, MP3, Satellite Radio, etc.)
- Vehicle type (Pontiac, Chevrolet, etc.)
- Vehicle model (Grand Prix, Malibu, etc.)
- Vehicle model year
- Vehicle Identification Number (located at the left lower edge of the vehicle's windshield - driver side - and viewable from the outside)
